A Detailed Break Down of a Teachers Job Description Teachers do much more than just teach. Their job descriptions are lengthy, much more than people realize. Most teachers work well after the final bell has ended. They take their work home with them. They spend several hours over the weekend working. Teaching is a difficult and misunderstood profession and requires a dedicated, patient, and willing person to keep up with all of the jobs demands.
